Planned Enjoyment Analysis

My basic calculation model to measure the overall enjoyment index:

OE-Index =

# of activities in Q1 x 10
+ # of activities in Q2 x 1
- # of activities in Q3 x 1
- # of activities in Q4 x 10

Activity logging is easily done if you save the closed items from your ToDo list.

Use your historical data to evaluate a timechart for your personal OE- Index as a baseline for further improvements.
